The congress “High-Flyers – Diverse Careers for Academics” is for academics who wish to pursue a career in the fields of science or business. Inspiring lectures from keynote speakers from the fields of science, business and external research institutes will be taking place, focusing on the topic “women as doctoral graduates, teachers, researchers, leaders.” Short introductory lectures will provide insight into specific career paths and experts will be on-hand to give valuable tips. You are invited to make use of the experience gained by successful women from the fields of science, university management and business. Come and discover what funding options are available in Baden-Württemberg and take the opportunity to get your job application portfolio checked by an expert and even talk to headhunters. This event will give you the opportunity to make valuable contacts and find out about funding and coaching offers at our Market of Possibilities. A panel discussion will also be taking place, where the participants will debate how women can be encouraged to take on management positions. The conference dinner will also offer further opportunities to talk to experts and to network. The workshops held on day two will provide more in-depth information on this diverse topic.
