Student Counseling Center (ZSB)

Here you find all contact information and the right contact persons that are available to you at the Student Counseling Center.

ZSB is an independent counseling resource that makes you, your interests, goals, perspectives and questions the priority in its work. All staff members have a duty of confidentiality.

In case of short requests there is no need to make an appointment. But please make an appointment for more in-depth one-on-one counseling sessions.

We offer information and consultations via web conference, telephone and face-to-face. Workshops continue to take place online. We also offer onsite consultation hours every Wednesday afternoon.

Please note: The clearing center phone consultation hours have been cancelled for Friday, May 19, 2023 and Friday, June 9, 2023.

You are welcome to contact us via telephone, e-mail, contact form and on Wednesdays also onsite in the House of Students.

Consultation hours onsite (in the House of Students):

  • Wednesday: 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

For a counseling session with longer duration please set up an appointment through the clearing center, our first intake station.

  • S-Bahn: lines S1, S2 or S3, get off at stop "Universität". Please take the exit to "Universitätszentrum".
  • Bus: lines 82, 84, 92, get off at stop "Universität" as well.

Exit the autobahn A8 (Munich – Karlsruhe) at the junction "Stuttgart-Vaihingen" towards "Stuttgart". The second exit "Universität" directly leads to the campus. Follow the roadsigns until you reach "Pfaffenwaldring".
