Double degree programs

Students at the University of Stuttgart have the opportunity to obtain degrees from two universities.

The double degree programs are currently being offered in combination with the master's degree and include a pre-structured program. This usually includes a one-year stay at the host university and a thesis that is supervised and evaluated by professors from both participating universities.

There are double master’s programs with universities in Sweden, France, Spain, Romania, Australia, China, Japan, Malaysia, Canada, Brazil, Vietnam, and Egypt. Please note that the different universities offer double degrees only for certain study programs.

Please note that the application documents for the double master’s programs are not to be sent to the International Office but to the respective departments.
