The PSE is a joint institution of the five higher education institutions in the Stuttgart-Ludwigsburg region that offer teacher education (University of Stuttgart, Ludwigsburg University of Education, University of Hohenheim, State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart, State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart). Under the umbrella of the PSE, they pool their competencies in the discipline-related teacher education as well as in didactics and education sciences. The aim is to further develop the upper and lower secondary school teacher training in the Stuttgart region from a practice-oriented perspective and to optimally prepare students for their future profession.
