The core of the program is the one-to-one mentoring of an international mentee (students in the first semester) by a mentor (students in the third semester or higher). The mentoring partners get to know each other’s cultures and develop cross-cultural competence.
Mentors assist their mentee in
- organizing their studies
- finding their way on the campus
- getting to know the city
- learning the German language and understanding the German culture.
Workshops and courses as well as a wide range of leisure activities complete the program.
