Through the Femtec Career-Building Programme, universities and companies from all over Germany have joined forces to form a strong network of STEM enthusiasts and offer you a unique professional development program to give you the best start to your career. With Femtec, you’ll gain
- guidance on your career path

What do the workshops look like?
The program runs over a period of twelve months and includes participation in two week-long workshops, known as Schools. These take place in person during the university break, typically in September. Each School offers engaging modules designed to help participants develop essential technical and professional skills for the workplace.
The program officially begins with a Kick-Off Event in July, hosted at the respective university of the scholarship recipients.
Between the Schools, participants can choose from a variety of elective modules and practical learning opportunities offered by our corporate partners. These sessions are available online or in a hybrid format.
