The workshops and practical counseling sessions at the Center for Higher Education Didactics HDZ offers doctoral students the opportunity to obtain a Baden-Württemberg Certificate for Didactics in Higher Education. In the process, they improve their personal teaching skills and learn to create teaching and learning conditions that complement their teaching skills. The workshops also provide an opportunity to share teaching experiences with other lecturers. The certificate program consists of different modules. Doctoral students can still register for the certificate program after they attended individual workshops.
The offer includes:
- Workshop on multiple topics of higher education didactics
- Practical counseling sessions with other lecturers under the supervision of an experienced higher education expert.
- Individual advice on all aspects of teaching
