Introductory events in winter semester

Attendance introductory event of the program and the department:

  • Monday, October 09, 2023 starting at 10:30 a.m.,
  • Meeting point: Campus Stadtmitte in front of the entrance of Geschwister-Scholl-Str. 24D.

It starts at 10:40 a.m. with the welcome lecture in room M24.12, where you will learn everything important about the start of GeoEngine studies. The dean of studies, Prof. Hobiger, the institutes and the department will introduce the study program. You will get an overview of the study program, its structure as well as important aspects of the study and examination regulations.

The subsequent introductory meeting of the student representatives will begin at approximately 12:00 noon.

Geomatics engineers are professionals for advanced technologies for geospatial data acquisition and management. They are indispensable partners in urban planning, traffic management and sustainable economic development. Therefore, the GEOENGINE Master's program provides profound knowledge focused on positioning, navigation and telematics.
