Description of data

An uncoded email in clear text will be generated from the information you provide in the contact form, and will be sent to the International Office, which is located on the Vaihingen Campus of the University of Stuttgart. Fields marked with a * are required in order to contact you and provide you with all important information regarding our web seminars.

Purpose
The registration form enables you to register for our web seminars, which will take place online.

Legal basis
The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter e) GDPR together with Article 6 Paragraph 3 GDPR and § 4 of the State Data Protection Act (Landesdatenschutzgesetz).

Recipients
Your message is received by the staff of the International Office of the University of Stuttgart

Storage duration
The personal data you enter in the registration form will be processed solely for the purpose stated and will be deleted after three months.

Consequences of non-provision, right of objection and correction
The use of the form is voluntary. If you do not wish to use the registration form, you can also write an e-mail in order to register for the events. You are free to provide your name and email address in the form of a pseudonym when entering data, which means that we cannot assign the information to a person. Should you not wish for your identity to be disclosed, it may then be the case that your matter cannot be processed.

You have the right to receive information from the university concerning the data saved in relation to your person and/or to have incorrectly saved data corrected. In addition, you have the right to deletion or to have the processing restricted or to object to the processing. For this purpose, please contact the International Office at the University of Stuttgart. Please note that in case of the deletion of data, optimal support may not be guaranteed.
