In the Lunch & Learn online sessions you will learn all about how to improve your studies and entering the German job market. 

The Lunch & Learn series takes place on tuesdays, starting on April 14th and ending on June 16th. All sessions are online so you can participate from anywhere that suits you. There is always space for questions and also some interaction with your peers - so good internet connection is recommended and active participation is highly valued.

You can join as many sessions as you wish. Here you can find a brief topic description for every session and the respective date:

Lunch & Learn Kick-off: Semester Planning and Project Management Basics (April 14th, 2026, 1 p.m.-2p.m.)
Learn simple project management and planning tools to organize your semester, structure projects, and prioritize effectively – for more clarity and less stress.

Performing under Pressure – Responding well and finding creative solutions (when things come different than expected) (April 28th, 2026, 1 p.m.-2 p.m.)
Discover practical strategies to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure, regulate stress, and turn challenges into growth opportunities.

How to register: Click on the „Registration“ button and follow the instructions to sign up. It is necessary to fill out the "name" text field with the following information: NAME - GENDER (F/M/D/N.A.) - NATIONALITY - STUDY PROGRAM.

This series is part of the FiT-US Project of the University of Stuttgart in collaboration with the University of Hohenheim. The sessions will not be recorded.
