The Vice Rector for Early Career Researchers and Diversity, Prof. Dr. Judith Tonhauser, warmly invites all students and staff of the University of Stuttgart to join this year’s Diversity Day celebration.
A diverse program awaits you at Campus Beach in Vaihingen.
You can look forward to the presentation of the 2026 “Fü(h)r divers!” Award, delicious barbecue (including vegan options), a Diversity pub quiz (with a prize, of course), and time for networking and exchange.
Diversity Day offers the opportunity to get to know various stakeholders at the University of Stuttgart who are committed to equality, diversity, equal opportunity, participation, and respectful collaboration. You are welcome to learn more, join the discussion, and share your own ideas and perspectives.
To help us plan accordingly, we kindly ask you to register briefly in advance.
Celebrate the diversity of our university with us—we look forward to seeing many of you there!
On Diversity Day, the Makerspace will host the exhibition “Entangled in World Events: Famous and Unknown Women in History” from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The exhibition features 40 remarkable women and their life stories, represented as knitted dolls created by Gisela Fritz. In addition, visitors can design buttons, explore the biographies of notable FLINTA* individuals, and connect with like-minded people in an open and welcoming environment.
