Study programs at the University of Stuttgart have been ranked in the top 10 in the Wirtschaftswoche ranking

Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Systems among the top ten study programs in the Wirtschaftswoche ranking

Several study programs at the University of Stuttgart have been placed in the top ten in the current Wirtschaftswoche university ranking. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Systems have all been awarded top places. A unique study program is Information Systems, a cooperative study program (Bachelor/Master) at the universities of Stuttgart und Hohenheim. Although approximately 40 universities in Germany offer this study program; “A unique feature of our cooperative study program Information Systems is the substantial range of curses on offer from two renowned universities”, say Prof. Dr. Georg Herzwurm and Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg Kemper – computer scientists at the University of Stuttgart. “We are delighted that this approach has received such positive response”. This impressive result shows that the wide range of interdisciplinary courses on offer excellently prepares students for working life.
