In the “Mobility of the Future” innovation campus (ICM) [de], the University of Stuttgart and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology are pooling their competencies in research and innovation and thus contribute to actively shaping the transformation of mobility and increasing the innovative power in Baden-Württemberg. The ICM is a joint platform for this purpose, in order to develop new technologies quickly and flexibly, to test new approaches and to create the basis for innovations.

To improve the prospects of the graduates particularly affected by the impact of the pandemic, the state of Baden-Württemberg is providing 3 million euros for a Corona graduate program within the ICM. This program will provide temporary employment and further training for up to 80 graduates.

The first graduates are already being welcomed at some institutes of the University of Stuttgart and at KIT. Furthermore, there are capacities for interested persons to participate in the program.
